Inspired by Chloe and Jeremy (CJ), the children of Philippe and Cherie Melk, the wine is primarily based on the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The wine has a deep ruby colour. On the nose it is intense and slightly spicy with notes of red fruits, tobacco and herbs. The palate is dominated by prunes, cranberries, vanilla and noble spices. Firm but fine tannins and lively acidity make this wine suitable for long bottle ageing. Very long finish.
