Winery of famous screen writer such movies as Karate Kid, Taken or Fifth Element is located in beautiful mountains apelation Moon Mountain in Sonoma. Road to the vineyards is really curvy but that view will reward you with the amazing sight of San Francisco and Sonoma Valley. Because you will get on the top of the Moon Mountain, the other side is called Mount Veeder and falls into Napa Valley. Here in small house above the vineyards Robert wrote some of his best plays. Under the window of his office is vineyard called Writer´s Block, planted by Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah which leads to amazing blend with the same name. But you can´t miss his Cabernets, becuase they are stars of this winery. Its separated to two categories, first „Kamen Cab“ was one of the best we had and the second one „Kashmir“ is private reserve produced from the best grapes in very limited amount.
