Goldeneye
In 1990, after nearly 15 years of producing premium Bordeaux-style wines, Dan and Margaret Duckhorn embarked on a growing passion for Pinot Noir. Their vision for Goldeneye was to create a distinctive California Pinot Noir to match their famed Merlot. After ten years of research and experimentation, Goldeneye harvested its first grapes in 1997. Since then, the winery has grown to include three of its own vineyards with 136 acres of vines and is now one of the iconic wineries of the Anderson Valley region.
