The Eastside vineyard is based on rocky bedrock and gives small yields with very concentrated grapes. The colour is deep lemon with golden highlights. Notes of passion fruit, stone fruit, minerality, white pepper and almond dominate the nose and palate. The wine has a fuller body, attractive acidity and a very long and elegant finish. This wine has the potential to age for 10-15 years or even longer.

The long, cool growing season and ideal conditions of the 2023 vintage allowed for slow and even ripening. As a result, the Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, deep, and balanced wine.

White wine from the Pinot Noir variety. The grapes are first pressed and then fermented. Fresh citrus, white flowers, white peaches and ripe cranberries dominate the nose and taste.
