Although Grenache Blanc is the main component of this amazing wine, you will mostly recognize the lesser represented variety - Vermentino. Its character shows in the aromas of pineapple, lime, mango, pine, herbs and wet stones. On the palate, there is beautifully balanced acidity and a fine, structurally rich and lingering flavour. Overall, the wine is wonderfully balanced and refreshing. It goes perfectly with grilled seafood, ideally with rosemary.
