Paso Robles is an AVA (American Viticultural Area) that was established in 1983 and is located between San Francisco and Los Angeles. This is a rich and thoroughly satisfying Cab, starting with aromas of roasted boysenberry, cocoa, violet and toasty oak on the nose. The palate is cohesive and neatly woven, with rich black fruit, mocha and espresso flavors that are wrapped in firm but balanced tannins.

Deep purple colour. The nose and palate are dominated by notes of dark berries, caramel, chocolate, sweet spices and white pepper. The wine is layered with very attractive acidity and firm, ripe tannins. Very long finish.

Pale straw. Aromas of passion fruit, ripe guava and pink grapefruit with hints of orange blossoms. Light to medium-bodied with lively acidity, tropical and stone fruit flavors with a clean, crisp finish.
