The long, cool growing season and ideal conditions of the 2023 vintage allowed for slow and even ripening. As a result, the Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, deep, and balanced wine. The nose reveals fruity notes of pineapple, blackcurrant, and peach, complemented by the aroma of daffodil. The round taste on the palate with hints of lemon, yellow currant, and gooseberry is complemented by fresh vanilla.
