Immediately hits you with a pleasant aroma of pineapple, sweet spices, vanilla, honeysuckle and minerality. The taste is very friendly and inviting, dominated mainly by citrus and yellow melon. The finish impresses with nice acidity, good complexity and a lingering aftertaste. Aged 50% in barrel and 50% in stainless steel tank.
