A sparkling wine produced using the traditional method, aged for three years on its lees. The wine has a golden colour and an elegant effervescence. The nose is dominated by ripe citrus fruit and small red berries, alongside notes of brioche and toasted crust. On the palate, the wine is lively and elegant, with a lively acidity and a very long, mineral finish.
