White wine from the Pinot Noir variety. The grapes are first pressed and then fermented. Fresh citrus, white flowers, white peaches and ripe cranberries dominate the nose and taste. The wine is elegant but slightly spicy thanks to the variety. It has a medium body, juicy acidity and a long finish.
