The Green Valley Chardonnay is full of oily citrus fruit, with a deep structure and fine acidity that balances and shapes this intensity. Deep resonant aromas of oily lemon and lime, thyme and sage, flint and honeysuckle. Freshness of cut grass and salty oysters. Citrus and green pear are juicy and expansive. Lively acidity gives the wine a burst of natural richness and leads it to a zesty grapefruit finish. Serve at 13°C and drink from late 2024 to 2028.
