A classic Sauvignon Blanc that is vinified in stainless steel. The common denominator of this wine is its distinctive aromas and purity of flavours. On the nose and in the taste we can smell citrus fruits, gooseberry and pomelo, accompanied by herbal notes of elderflower and devil's-bit scabious. A light wine with fresh acidity and a very long and elegant finish.
