Pinot Noir from the single vineyard Northern Spy Vineyard, which was once an abandoned apple orchard, hence the name Les Pommiers, apple trees. The wine has a soft ruby colour with garnet highlights. Red fruits, raspberries and strawberries dominate on the nose and palate, accompanied by notes of baking spices and forest undergrowth. Elegant tannins along with lively acidity give a wine with a very long finish.

Cabernet from an iconic California winery. Dark ruby ​​color, dark fruits, cherries, blackcurrants prevail on the nose and in the taste, complemented by notes of spices, licorice and tobacco. Firm tannins and juicy acidity give a long-lasting wine with a very long finish.

Chardonnay from the Far Niente winery has a golden color with greenish reflections. The wine is rich with notes of fresh citrus, melon and pear. Everything is complemented by pleasant notes of spices after aging in oak barrels. Very attractive acid and a long elegant finish.

From the outset, this is one powerful, deeply expressive Cabernet with heady black currant, plum, and cedar aromas leading into a big, juicy entry. Layered currant and black cherry flavors are accented by elegant clove notes. Bold, coating tannins support and frame the entire wine, and hints of wet slate add dimension to a dark, brooding finish.
