This wine is made from vineyards located in north California in Mendocino - Pauli Ranch. Cooler climate in general which is very suitable for this grape variety to give the best soft and elegant Pinot Noir. The wine has aged 8 months on barriques which 10% of those was new. Aroma opens up with blackberries and ripe cherries together with a touch of purple flowers and spices. Palate is very soft and elgant with little tannin and great velvet finish.
