The wine is structured and balanced. The nose and palate are dominated by fruity notes of ripe raspberries, redcurrants and blackberries, which are underlined by aromas of violets, cloves and sage. A very juicy wine with firm tannins, lively acidity and a long finish.

Great with black and rosehip sauce. It shows its elegance and power when paired with grilled tenderloin on plums and rosemary.
