Strict grape selection and 8 years of aging on the lees make J. Schram Blancs a worthy tribute to the winery's founder Jacob Schram. This sparkling wine is primarily based on the Pinot Noir grape variety. 2013 was a vintage with ideal conditions for grape growth. Small red fruits predominate with baked brioche and buttery crackers. Very small and pleasant bubbles along with lively acidity show the refinement of this wine, which together leads to a very long finish.
