The 2018 Hillside Select is a very rich and energetic wine based on the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The wine has an attractive nose of blackberry, black cherry, sweet spice and black earth. The palate only accentuates the wine's aroma and in addition we find notes of rosehip, wild berries, cinnamon, plums and mocha. The structured tannins and very lively acidity predispose this wine to long bottle age. Very long and attractive finish.
