Les Noisetiers is a combination of four locations on the Sonoma coast (Vine Hill Vineyard, Dutton Ranch, Laguna Ridge, and Trenton Roadhouse) and emphasizes the sandy soils of Gold Ridge in this area. The vinification process is based on techniques used in Burgundy. The result is one of the most luxurious and complex white wines produced in this region, with a mineral character that is rare in New World Chardonnays.

It comes from a cooler Russian River site and offers a complex bouquet of red currants, smoked earth, ground pepper, and exotic floral and rosehip notes. Rich, medium-bodied, and seamless on the palate, it's incredibly classy as well as perfectly balanced.
