Every great wine has a story behind it. At B.R. Cohn Winery, that story belongs to Bruce Cohn — the legendary manager of the Doobie Brothers, who channelled his passion for music into the vineyards of Sonoma County. The result is a Pinot Noir that carries the soul of an artist and the precision of a dedicated winemaker.
B.R. Cohn Pinot Noir 2021 from Sonoma County opens with a graceful bouquet of red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and gentle spice. On the palate it flows silkily, with fine, supple tannins, a lively backbone of acidity and delicate notes of vanilla and sandalwood from French oak aging. The finish is clean, refreshing and satisfyingly long.
A beautiful match for duck breast, grilled salmon, roasted chicken or soft, creamy cheeses. Serve slightly cool at 14–16 °C. Drinking well now, with 3–5 years of further cellaring potential. Shipped directly from our warehouse in Prague.
