CaliPaso 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon (89%) along with Merlot (11%) that also is grown in Paso Robles area. The wine is medium-bodied with succulent fruit flavors along with soft tannins. The aromas are a complex blend of dark fruits such as blackcurrants and plums, while the flavors show sweet oak and vanilla along with a hint of spice.
