The aroma has notes of heather, violet flowers, sweet caramel oak and sandalwood. The taste is dominated by notes of mochi and plum. The beautiful structure of the wine balances beautifully between fruity flavours and oak notes. On the finish there are slightly sweet oak notes accompanied by dark fruit and cherry. Smooth and round tannin with balanced acidity creates the perfect food pairing.
