The aroma is pleasantly fruity, with predominantly spicy pear and green apple, underlined by a delicate floral scent. The barrel ageing shows as graham crackers and dulche de leche. The palate is initially full and warm with floral accents, tangy lemon curd and hints of crème brulée. The mid-palate boasts smoothness of honeydew melon, heightened acidity of juicy pineapple and richness of honey. The finish reveals notes of French oak, caramel, meringue and flaky pastry richness.
