Novicium 2021 is a great wine, but it is already available now. Aromas of red fruits, candied apples, winter leaves and laurel mingle. On the palate, the wine is lively and attractive with notes of peonies, black fruits, dark chocolate and noble spices. It has a powerful but velvety structure and a very long finish.
