The only wine in the Copper Bear portfolio that does not come from the Beckstoffer vineyards. Thanks to the shallow, stony soils and harsh growing conditions, the vines produce small berries with thick skins and a deeply concentrated flavor. The resulting Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and powerful, with pronounced mountain tannins, blackberries, and a spicy mineral note. Only 50 cases were produced.
