The deep ruby, almost opaque colour of Patrimony Cabernet Sauvignon shows great concentration and excellent ageing potential. On the nose you will find layers of cassis, blueberry, pomegranate with notes of tobacco, chocolate and baking spices. On the palate the wine is full and rich with shades of blackberry jam, mocha coffee and cocoa with delicious acidity and finely integrated tannins. Long and complex finish. The wine has been aged for 30 months in new French oak barrels and its flavour will be enjoyed decades from now.
