Golden yellow with a subtle green tint, the nose is complex and inviting: ripe apple, white peach, lemon blossom, and honeyed tones, complemented by discreet vanilla and delicate flint-like minerality. On the palate, full yet fresh, with a velvety texture — a Chardonnay that doesn't overdo the oak or the buttery richness. The finish is mineral and persistent.
