Decoy Featherweight is a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with subtle citrus notes of Meyer lemon, grapefruit and lime, complemented by fresh tropical fruit flavours with a long, crisp finish. The wine undergoes traditional winemaking methods, then a portion is removed and undergoes a rotary cone and vacuum distillation process that gently removes the alcohol while preserving much of the original aromas and flavors. The de-alcoholized wine is then blended back into the base wine to create a lively and enticing Sauvignon Blanc with lower calories and alcohol.
