Vintage was the coldest since the very cold 2011 and that is always good for bubbles. The grapes therefore stayed longer in the vineyard and perfectly ripened to the required parameters for the production of top quality sparkling wine. Domaine Carneros is a winery owned by the Taittinger family from Champagne and it is very evident in their wines. The wine is produced using the classic champagne method and matured for 3 years on fine lees. The aroma of honey, pears, almonds and brioche completes the elegant taste and incredible finesse of this great wine.
