Deep ruby colour with violet highlights. On the nose the wine has a distinctive aroma of black fruits, morels, roasted meat, exotic wood and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is intense with a similar character to that on the nose. It has a velvety structure, firm and ripe tannins and very attractive acidity. The finish is very long. This wine is destined for archiving, where its full potential will not be realised for 10-15 years or more.
