Furore Fig mustard sauce 250 g

Delicious fig sauce with a mild mustard flavour ideal for spicy hard cheeses. The sauce from the Fruity & Spicy range from the Austrian brand Furore will satisfy the tastes of even the most demanding gourmets. 

Gourmet tip: Brush the roasted meat (veal, pork, beef) with the mustard sauce from the figs and wrap in finely chopped herbs.

 

Ingredients

Sugar, 26% fig compote (64% figs, water, sugar), glucose syrup, 7% gherkins (gherkins, distilled vinegar, salt, sugar, natural flavor), gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, pepper, flavoring, chili, mustard oil, natural flavoring.

Storage

Store in a dry and dark place before opening. Once opened, refrigerate and use as soon as possible.
