Furore Mustard sauce mango with passion fruit 250 g

Delicate mango and passion fruit sauce with a mild mustard flavour ideal for soft cheeses and cheeses with red culture. The sauce from the Fruity & Spicy range from the Austrian brand Furore will satisfy the taste buds of even the most demanding gourmets. 

Tip for gourmet: Refined chutney for grilled meat, as a dip for veal or shrimp skewers, also ideal for venison and foie gras terrine.

 

Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup, 28% mango puree from mango puree concentrate, 4% passion fruit juice concentrate, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, pepper, flavouring, chilli, mustard oil, natural flavouring.

Storage

Store in a dry and dark place before opening. Once opened, refrigerate and use as soon as possible.
