Lava Block Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a vineyard whose subsoil is purely volcanic in origin. The wine has a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose and palate, the wine is intense with distinctive notes of black and red berries, cherries, raspberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by hints of violet, graphite, and wet stone. The wine has earthy tannins, juicy acidity, and a very long and layered finish.
