The wine is deep golden in colour. The nose is dominated by aromas of orange peel, ripe pineapple and vanilla, obtained from aging in a wooden barrel for 9 months. The wine is full-bodied but still retains fresh acidity. The aftertaste is fruity, structured and long.
Wine pairing
Recommended to serve with vegetable risotto, salad with grilled almonds and goat cheese. It also goes well with grilled ribs, spicy tuna tartare and fried chicken.
