The wine is structured and balanced. Ripe blueberries dominate the nose with rich blackberries and light brown spices. The palate is juicy, dark, smooth and perfectly balanced.
All the fruit has been gently de-stemmed, crushed and then inoculated. Each fermentation was pumped twice a day, with a temperature of 32 °C. Maceration lasted between 12 and 28 days and the wine was aged in barrels for 20 months.
