The wine is light golden in colour with a fresh aroma of ripe citrus and caramelised apples. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a honeyed texture and a fruity character of stone fruit and vanilla cream. The wine has fresh acidity and a very pleasant mineral finish.
