Spring Mountain Lokoya Cabernet Sauvignon from the legendary oenologist Chris Carpenter. A wine from the mountainous region of Napa Valley, which gives it incredible character and energy. The nose and palate are dominated by notes of red and black berries, complemented by hints of tobacco leaf, a humidor and sweet spices. The wine has excellent structure, supported by firm tannins and lively acidity. It has an incredibly long finish, which suggests excellent potential for ageing in the bottle.
