A classic style of Cabernet from Long Meadow Ranch, blended from both mountain and lowland vineyards within Napa Valley. The fruit profile goes into cherry, blackberry and pomegranate. The palate then adds savory and earthy notes of graphite, fennel seed and vanilla. Softer tannins, strong acidity and excellent wood work give this wine a great texture and a very long finish.
