The Sauvignon Blanc from Rutherford Estate was fermented partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in neutral oak barrels. The wine is elegant with a smooth texture and silky finish. Citrus fruits dominate the nose and palate, supported by distinctive floral notes of passion fruit. The finish is persistent with a grapefruit and lime line.
