Dark ruby colour with aromas of black cherry, dark plum, sarsaparilla, baking spices, toasted oak and lavender. Fresh onset with distinctive flavours of red cherry and raspberry. Fine tannins and natural acidity lead to a long and pleasing finish. The wine has been aged in barrel for 14 months and the full integration of fruit and tannins has resulted in this fine wine that will develop for the next 10-15 years.
