The 2020 vintage started relatively quickly thanks to the mild temperatures in March. The summer was marked by fog, which helped the grapes to ripen slowly and for a long time until September. A smaller harvest, but very good grape quality promises very good potential for this vintage.
Deep ruby colour with violet highlights. Concentrated aromas of ripe plum, cassis and redcurrant dominate the nose and palate with notes of vanilla, fennel, bay leaf and juniper. Firm but velvety tannins, along with juicy acidity, yield a wine that has the potential to age for decades. Very long and elegant finish.
