Since its founding, Ridge has specialized in single-vineyard wines. The exception is Three Valleys, which is carefully blended from selections of multiple vineyards. Deep aromas of blackberries, anise, and espresso. Good structure and mouthfeel with raspberries and blackberries, dark chocolate, and baking spices.
