To mark the 60th anniversary of the Robert Mondavi Winery and its grand reopening, the team of winemakers has created a commemorative Cabernet Sauvignon that is both historic and forward-looking. This expressive wine, whose grapes come almost equally from the historic Wappo Hill vineyard and the renowned To Kalon vineyard, opens with notes of ripe raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, complemented by pronounced notes of juicy red berries with smooth tannins and a fresh, long-lasting finish.

On the palate, pronounced notes of juicy red berries are evident, gradually giving way to cranberries with a bright acidity, complemented by hints of baked goods and a spicy finish. The body is velvety and elegant, with density, concentration and structure. The tannins are soft and smooth, and the finish is very fresh and long.
