Cabernet Reserve 2021 is an elegant and velvety wine with beautifully integrated tannins and a long finish. It comes from the To Kalon vineyard, where well-drained soils combine with ideal sunshine, resulting in rich, complex flavours and perfectly ripe fruit.
On the nose, the wine offers notes of fresh black fruit combined with a blend of dark chocolate, dried herbs and hints of vanilla and violet. On the palate, plums and blackberries blend with notes of red fruit and hints of graphite. The wine is elegant and velvety on the palate, with soft tannins and a long finish.
