Symmetry red is a classic Bordeaux Blend that is based primarily on the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. The wine has a deep ruby colour with violet highlights. On the nose and palate, the wine is powerful yet elegant. Notes of dark fruit and baking spices predominate. The wine has silky tannins, juicy acidity and a long, elegant finish.
