Cranberry fruit and hibiscus lead the red components of the nose of this bottling, which are bolstered by the wild thyme and fennel fronds of a chaparral landscape. There is a pleasant sandalwood entry to the sip, where a rounded smoky quality surrounds the tart raspberry fruit. A beautiful wine, full of character.
