Cabernet Sauvignon from the Newton Vineyard has a rich garnet-purple color. On the nose, we find notes of plum compote and dark fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrants. These fruity notes also dominate the palate. A full-bodied, concentrated wine with a long finish, whose flavor develops gradually, we recommend aging for at least 4-5 years.
