The Novelist is a white cuvée based on Bordeaux varieties. The wine is velvety smooth with very good structure and aroma. White fruits, citrus, white flowers and a slight hint of smoke and spice dominate the nose and palate. The very strong acidity is the backbone of the whole wine, which finishes with an attractive and juicy finish.
