Kashmir Cabernet Sauvignon represents the best of the Moon Mountain District. The wine has a deep ruby color with purple reflections. The nose is intense with aromas of blackcurrant, pomegranate, and blueberry, along with notes of black tea, graphite, anise, and espresso. The palate is powerful yet harmonious and elegant at the same time. The wine has firm, ripe acidity, juicy acidity, and a very long, layered finish. Thanks to this, the wine will age positively in the bottle over the next two decades.

Cabernet 50% Knights Valley and 50% Alexander Valley. The wine has a soft ruby colour with violet highlights. The wine has a medium-bodied body and aromas of dark fruit, cassis, plum and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of graphite, dark chocolate and baked toast. Firm tannins along with fresh acidity lead to a long spicy finish.
