A wine produced using the tank method, primarily based on the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties. The nose and palate are dominated by fresh orchard fruit, ripe apples and pears, complemented by floral notes of meadow flowers. The wine is light-bodied with a pleasant effervescence, juicy acidity and a long, elegant finish.
