Vin Perdu is a cuvée of 4 varieties. In descending order of representation are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The magic of this wine is in the blending of different varieties and vineyards. The result is a wine that is velvety smooth with ripe tannins and very attractive acidity. The flavour profile is full of red and black small fruits, noble wood and spices. Very long and distinctive finish.
